This recipe is also great for breakfast or an after workout meal.  I would recommend adding a scoop of Vega Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana (frozen is best)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup  raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen  blackberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut water (I used Bai coconut water)
  • 1 tbs. chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Vega Vanilla protein powder)

Instructions:

Step 1: Combine all ingredients into high speed blender or food processor (I have a Ninja) until thick and creamy!

Step 2: Pour into glass and ENJOY!
