You’re probably wondering, what’s the Up for Anything Challenge?  Well, Athleta is encouraging women around the world to try a new workout or challenge themselves to new activity that wouldn’t normally do.

My amazing friend Elissa and I tested out Athleta’s Up for Anything Tight on our latest adventure.  We hiked up Stone Mountain, did a quick Partner HIIT workout and ended our at the top of the mountain with quick, relaxing yoga flow.  These tights were the perfect mix of compression, breathability and style!  Plus, I’m loving all the pockets! I rocked the Exotic Fuchsia color and Elissa beamed in Dark Jade!

Check started with our quick video of the 5 HIIT partner moves:

Here’s how to complete the challenge:

Step 1:  5, 4, 3, 2,..1 Go! Complete each of the 5 moves with your friend for 1 minute.  Between each move take a 30 second break.  That counts as 1 round.

Step 2: Complete 3 rounds for a 15 minute workout or challenge yourself to make it through 6 rounds to feel the burn!

Step 3: After the workout, snap a sweaty photo with your friend and post to it Instagram or Facebook and include the hashtags #UpforAnythingChallenge #UpForAnything.
